Spoonflower, for textile and pattern junkies....

I found this over at our good friend Strawberryluna's blog, and being a textile and pattern nerd like her, I was super stoked to see it.

Spoonflower, lets you design and print your own fabric with no minimums. Based in an former sock Mill in Mebane, North Carolina, is technically still in it’s Beta stage but just this week they made the transition from an invite-only site to a fully public interactive website. The Spoonflower community uses fabric to make quilts, clothes, pillows, dolls, blankets, handbags, framed textile art and many other things. Some customers post photos of the beautiful items they make in the Spoonflower photo gallery on Flickr so go check that out. And start uploading your designs and patterns now, order custom swatches, check out other people's great work and read their blog for tips and tutorials.
