Zombie Pet Dunny *8-Inch* at Hero NOW!!

You can't be spooky all the time.

Argentinean illustrator, Patricio Oliver, brings us a ghoul of a Dunny. Zombie Pet is kinda cute, if it wasn't for all the flesh eating.

This GID, undead predator is made of translucent, blue vinyl and printed with glow-in-the-dark bones, for a distinctly ghoulish (but adorable) look.

Kidrobot + [adult swim] = AWESOME

Available tomorrow, they are super rad.

If you're like us, you still watch cartoons regardless of your age. That's why Adult Swim TM is the dopest block of programming to hit cable tv in years. The adult-oriented program features an array of totally absurd shows that are impossible to take seriously, yet are intelligent enough to keep you coming back week after week.

Kidrobot knows how much you love the sweatpant-clad antics of Carl or the heavy metal madness of Murderface and Wartooth, so we present this incredibly awesome new blind-box mini series featuring your favorite show's favorite stars. Aqua Teen Hunger Force TM, Harvey Birdman, Attorney at Law TM, Frisky Dingo TM, The Venture Bros. TM, Metalocalypse TM, Robot Chicken, Squidbillies TM, Moral Orel TM and Assy McGee TM are all given the blind-box treatment, so start searching for your favorite figures and treat your tv room to a little decor.

This series is available tomorrow at Hero!!

Paul Rand - Animated Video

A work of art is realized when form and content are indistinguishable. When form predominates, meaning is blunted; but when content predominates, interest flags. But the genius comes in when both of these things fuse.” - Paul Rand

Wise words from a design genius. The Paul Rand video above is filled with nice little quotes like this. The video also brings to life some of his well known logos and illustrations. Who wouldn’t want to see Sparkle and Spin animated? nuff said

Stefan Sagmeister, Things I have learned in my life so far

All I can say is "WOW" a much watch!!

A while back I posted about Stefan Sagmeister's project called, "Things I have learned in my life so far", this truly inspiring glimpse into this project is simple, beautiful, and poetic. This project grew from a list in Stefan's diary during a year long commercial hiatus. He returned to paid work with greater freedom from clients and himself, and created a series of projects spelling out personal truths--"worrying solves nothing," "trying to look good limits my life," and other simple, meaningful statements.

Watch this and buy the book (I just ordered it now).
